April 5, 2013, we received an inquiry from Ms.G, coming from ORE company, a French manufacturer of all kind of paints. She need some thermoplastic pre-heaters to used inside the workshop (not in outdoor), 2 set AC-VHDP with electrical engine ( not diesel engine ) and 1 set mini pre-heater ( Capacity: 30 L, according to the customer's requirements). After communication with Miss Neijer, our sales engineers, Ms.G signed a procurement contract with us, and send the payment order to us soon, because they need our machine very urgently.

We are a French manufacturer of all kind of paints, we do a lot of road marking paints.
For our production we need a thermoplastic pre-heater.
Another question is about the engine, we need only electric engine, we are not allowed for diesel.
Please send us your price with our requirements.

Good day for you.
For the heater, if fix it in one place, it could use electrical,and with a transformer.
If use it when marking line, it is better use diesel engine as it moves with marking machine at work site.

We will use this paint heater inside the workshop, so we are not allowed to have a diesel engine. We absolutely need an hydraulic completely electrical engine with a transformer. Please confirm that you can do it.

Also confirm the electrical power spec: here industry electric 380v 50hz 3phase
Diesel engine type have stock, with the electric power to confirm the produce time.

We confirm for the electrical engine we need the specification: 380v 50hz 3phase.
