Maintenance Tips for Cold Paint Road Marking Machine
1. Don’t leave too much paint in the bucket after a day's work, clean it if you can. Regularly add greasing and lubricating oil to the bearings and other rotating parts.
2. Clean the high-pressure coating pumps and pipes each day. Pump in a small amount of machine oil after cleaning if you need to leave it unused for a long time, in order to prevent the pump and pipeline corrosion. The cleaning process is as follows:
a. Open the discharge valve, and get out all the paint in the energy accumulator.
b. Open the paint bucket and open paintball valve to exhaust the paint.
c. Close the paint bucket and open paintball valve, then draw the paint thinner into the paint bucket.
d. Put the straw into the paint thinner bucket for circulation.
e. Start the engine; let the paint thinner goes into the pumps and pipes to circularly clean them.
f. Close the discharge valve, and shot all the paint out of the pipes with gun jet and paint thinner.
g. Repeat the above steps if necessary.
h. Clean the gun jet and coat it with machine oil or just immerse the gun jet in the oil.
3. Replace the hydraulic oil every 2,000 working hours; if the hydraulic oil turns dark, replace it immediately.
